Three national parks, two national monuments, one dead bird, and 800 total miles on a Harley Davidson Ultra Limited through some of the most beautiful scenery in the Southwest.
We started in Grand Junction, CO, then semi-circled around to Moab visiting Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. We then traveled south through Bears Ears National Monument and into Monument Valley, which was one of my single most favorite moments on a motorcycle. The next day, we stopped in Mesa Verde National Park to brush up on some native archaeology, then rolled north through Durango, CO and up the Million Dollar Highway into Telluride.
It was an epic ride and I can't wait to do it again. Luckily, I had my portable Mavic drone in my side-saddle to share some of the scenery and the guy's newly developed stunt riding skills.
